At MCLGames, we are committed to providing a secure and fair environment for our users to enjoy rummy. This Fair Play Policy is a crucial part of our Terms of Service and ensures that all games on our platform adhere to high standards of fairness, competition, skill, and sportsmanship.
- Fair Play Violations
A Fair Play Violation refers to any activity that undermines the integrity of the game, including but not limited to:
- Manipulation: Any attempt to unfairly influence the outcome of a game.
- Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or unfair activities.
- Money Transfer: Activities solely intended to transfer funds between accounts.
- Collusion: Collaboration between players to achieve a predetermined result.
- Prohibited Conduct: Actions outlined in Section 2 below.
By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any Fair Play Violations. Violators will face consequences as outlined in Section 3.
- Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden on MCLGames:
- Multiple Accounts: Using more than one account to play the same game.
- External Assistance: Relying on any external help to play a game.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity.
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing another user’s account without permission.
- Funds Misrepresentation: Misleading the source or identity of funds.
- Deliberate Losses: Intentionally losing to transfer winnings to another user.
- Cheating Tools: Using cheats, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized software.
- Spam and Unlawful Content: Spreading spam or illegal content on the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for illicit financial activities.
- Offensive Content: Uploading racist, vulgar, or unlawful content.
Accurate KYC documentation is mandatory, and any submission of false or forged documents will lead to immediate account termination and legal action.
- Consequences of Fair Play Violations
We monitor all games on the platform for Fair Play Violations. If a violation is detected:
- Account Actions: Your account may be frozen, including all funds, pending investigation.
- Banning: Users found guilty may be permanently banned, and their funds may be frozen.
- Investigation: We will investigate the violation, which may result in forfeiture of funds, penalties up to ₹10,000 or three times the entry fee (whichever is higher), and legal action.
- Remedies for Affected Users: We will seek to recover losses for genuinely affected users from the violator’s frozen funds.
- Redressal for Affected Users
If you are affected by another player’s Fair Play Violation:
- Reporting: Report the violation within 72 hours via email to support@MCLGames.com or through our help section.
- Investigation: We will investigate and, if valid, refund your entry fee within 14 days as per our cancellation and refund policy.
- Security Measures
MCLGames employs several security measures to ensure fair play:
- 24/7 Monitoring: Our team and technology monitor all games for violations.
- RNG Certification: We use an RNG algorithm certified by iTech Labs to ensure fairness.
- Anti-Collusion: We have anti-collusion systems, including randomized seating and anti-fraud algorithms.
- Encryption: All player information, including cards, is encrypted.
- Auto-Alerts: Our system raises alerts for any signs of Fair Play Violations.
- Game Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a cash game is cancelled due to a technical error or a Fair Play Violation:
- Points Rummy Cash Games: Entry fees for genuinely affected users will be refunded, while violators forfeit their fees and may face penalties.
- Pool/Deals Rummy Cash Games & Tournaments: Entry fees and rebuy amounts for genuinely affected users will be refunded, while violators forfeit their fees and may face penalties.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of a valid request.
